It happens

                                             Working Class Paradox

His face was shaken and his nervousness was clearly visible. He has been working with this organization from last four years and have been deployed with me many times.

Few days back, on Janmashtmi, his satellite vehicle was not working properly and the head of the office has posted official complaint in the official Whatsapp group. I was one of the group members who read it.

When I saw his nervousness in the morning, I sensed that his fate was still against him. Most of us have experienced back to back disturbance in a shocking way. In general we call it "samay hi bura chal rha hai". Ultimately I asked him about the issues and he helplessly responded "Power aa nahi rha hai...".

"Okay, don't be frustrated, ask your colleague to get another satellite vehicle ready in another one hour rest I'll manage." I tried to remove his frustration and requested my Cameraman not to inform the incident to the Boss. I was under the impression that back to back complaint of this engineer may cost his job. I knew that he was just married few months back and he had made his wedding picture DP of his Whatsapp and also saved it as Screen Display.

Good luckily, there was no demand of "Live" by that time and Phone in was okay.

Another Engineer was not in the office and his driver left no stone unturned to take the satellite vehicle all the way from Worli to Fort in around twenty minutes. In rocket speed, the engineer shifted entire technical things from his Van to another Van and gave me thumps up.

I took a breather.

Interestingly, the engineer was still trying to repair his Van. Perhaps, he was still nervous for obvious reasons!

I was on standby for my hot switch and everything was smooth till I received a call from the Boss. I thrilled to know that he knew about the failure of DSNG Van and he also knew that new DSNG was called. It was not very tough to find the mole as the Cameraperson, standing in front of me, nodded in positive when I asked him if he conveyed this to the Boss.

The very next moment, I dialed a call to my wife and had some good chat to change my mind as I was about to say something bad to the Cameraperson. Just because of his role as an informer, the engineer would have lost his job for the reasons he himself was not guilty of!

Huh! Who'll teach working class about this system. No one can,  because they are fool. The cameraman who informed my Boss about everything despite my request, has below the average standards of life. DSNG engineer has also the same standards of life still both doesn't understand each other, that's the paradox with working class.
